FAQ

1. How long does a session last?
A session typically lasts 50 minutes. If you’d prefer shorter or longer sessions, we can discuss that individually.

2. How does payment work?
Therapy sessions are privately paid. A single session costs EUR 100 and can be paid conveniently via PayPal or bank transfer.

3. How often should I come?
That’s entirely individual. Some clients come weekly, others every two weeks or less frequently. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.

4. What if I don’t know what my problem is?
That’s completely okay! Many people feel stressed, dissatisfied, or overwhelmed without being able to name exactly why. Together, we can explore what’s behind those feelings and what might help.

5. Are sessions available online or in person?
Both are possible! You can visit my practice in person or join comfortably from home via online sessions. Many women choose online therapy because it’s more flexible and saves travel time. Whichever option you choose—the support is the same.

6. What if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows will unfortunately be charged the full session fee.

7. Is everything I say treated confidentially?
Yes, absolutely. Everything you share in session is strictly confidential. I am bound by professional confidentiality, so you can feel completely safe.

8. Do I have to open up right away in the first session?
No, you set the pace. The first session is about getting to know each other and seeing if we’re a good fit. If you’d like to share what’s on your mind, you’re welcome to—but you’re also free to simply listen and ease into the process.
